Position Focus
- Oversees talent management, onboarding, training and development, organizational management, compensation, leadership accountability, and employee satisfaction.
- Develops and implements comprehensive recruiting and retention plans.
- Develops compensation and benefits plans that are cost effective and competitive.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and city laws.
- Designs and implements training and development programs.
- Encourages diversity and team building.
- Works closely with the C-suite.

Requirements Director of Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree, (Master’s preferred)
- 10 years of HR experience
- 5 years of leadership experience
