We all have our interests and pastimes. More than a handful of us
have imagined working for the very same organization or company that
produces our favorite movies, television shows or owns our favorite
sports team. Wouldn’t it be fun to apply your skills as a Helpdesk
Technician, Accountant or CFO for the pin striped baseball team in
the Bronx or the production company of last summer’s blockbuster?

When applying to a job at a company that is strongly of interest to
us, our interviews can often veer off path. Of course every company,
big and small, wants to know that we understand their business and

experience relative to the position we are applying for, we gush
about our fandom and passion for that company.
